Your satisfaction with our work is what matters most to us. So if something isn’t right with our order we want to know about it. All pieces (except one-of-a-kind or custom pieces) may be returned within 7 days for store credit. Return shipping must be postmarked within 7 days, and shipping costs will be paid by the customer. See below for shipping instructions.
One-of-a-kind, custom and limited edition pieces are not returnable. To start any custom order a 50% deposit is first collected. The balance is due upon order completion. If you must cancel, there will be a 20% restocking fee in addition to payment for work on the order that has already been completed. Aimee reserves the right to extend the time needed make custom work, if need be. Please call Aimee at 415-682-7128 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions about a potential custom order, return or exchange prior to placing your order.
Repairs or exchanges of broken pieces will be issued free of charge within 7 days of purchase. Contact Aimee for verification via phone or email to notify her of the desired repair or exchange. Please include the invoice number and date of purchase. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Once you have contacted Aimee via phone or email, to notify her of the repair, or exchange, and it has been approved, ship your item through USPS or UPS, fully insured for the value of the contents. Please include a copy of the invoice with the package. For security purposes, please DO NOT write “diamond” or “jewelry” or other high value words on the package. Aimee is not responsible for loss or damage during the return process.
After 7 days there will be a $50 per hour plus materials fee on all repairs.
